Power Apps – Share an app with the whole company

Follow these steps to share your app with all users in the company. As of writing, this only works with Canvas apps.

Step 1:

From https://make.powerapps.com, do the following:

1. Find the app you want to share and click on the ellipsis (three dots)
2. Click the arrow next to ‘Share’
3. Click ‘Share’

Step 2:

The Sharing popup will appear. Type “everyone” in the search bar. A choice named “Everyone in [Company Name]” will appear. Select it.

Step 3:

Click the ‘Share’ button.

All users in the company will now have access to the app.
